10th Annual Christmas Tree Auction & Holiday Event

The 10th Annual Christmas Tree & Online Auction is coming soon!

The online auction will run from November 21, 2011 to December 2, 2011 with the live event taking place on December 4, 2011.

This year’s event, benefitting the Boys & Girls Club of Oakhurst and other local charities, will be held on Sunday December 4th in The Bass Lake Events Center Lake View Room. Doors open for the silent auction, raffle, hors d’oeuvres and complimentary champagne at 3 p.m. Bidding for the Live Auction begins at 5:30 p.m.

Tickets are $30 per person or four for $100 and can be purchased at Sierra Telephone, Foster Parker & Macaulay, at the Event, or on our website. The Christmas Tree Auction has fast become a Holiday Tradition for the Mountain Area. Friends and neighbors gather in a beautiful and festive setting to support their favorite charitable causes. Over 200 silent auction items are offered in addition to a raffle and a door prize. The Live Auction portion of the evening features over 30 hand decorated full sized trees, table top trees, and wreaths. Proceeds from Live Auction Items are shared between the numerous participating charities.

Through our website, we have added many new features including a pre-auction online, previews of live items, and informative biographies about the many charities involved in the event.
